Privacy Policy

WarfighterForged LLC ("WarfighterForged," "we," "us," or "our") runs warfighterforged.com (the "Site"). This policy explains what information the Site collects, why, who else handles it, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect as little as we can, we never sell your information, and most of what you type into our tools never leaves your own device.

Information You Give Us

• Email sign-ups. When you sign up for the free AFT program, the weekly Field Report, or tactics updates, we collect your email address. Some forms also ask for your first name.
• The Forged Program. To build your plan, the program asks for things like your age, sex, height, bodyweight, test scores, training schedule, available equipment, event date, and a short health screen (for example, chest pain, dizziness, or joint problems). Those answers are stored only in your own browser. They are not sent to us. Only your email address and first name are sent to our email provider so we can deliver the program and follow up.
• Purchases. Paid products are sold and processed by Gumroad. Gumroad collects your payment details; we never see or store your card number. Gumroad shares your name, email address, and order details with us so we can deliver what you bought. The Site checks your license key with Gumroad to unlock the program.
• Feedback and reviews. If you send feedback or a program review, we collect your email address, your message, and the optional name or credit line you enter. We only publish a review if you check the box giving us permission, and we credit it the way you wrote it.
• Email to us. If you write to contact@warfighterforged.com, we keep that conversation so we can reply.

Information Stored on Your Device

Some tools save your progress in your browser's local storage so you don't lose it when you leave: Forged Program answers and progress, your program license, and checklist progress on pages like the Basic Training Packing List. This data stays on your device. You can erase it at any time by clearing your browser's site data for warfighterforged.com.

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit, the Site and its service providers automatically collect standard usage information: IP address and approximate location, browser and device type, pages viewed, time on page, the site that referred you, and clicks on certain buttons and links (for example, program sign-up buttons and outbound gear links). We use it to see which content is useful and to fix what isn't.

• Google Analytics 4 uses cookies to measure visits and clicks. You can block it with your browser's cookie settings or Google's opt-out add-on.
• Framer Analytics (our website host) counts page views and visits.

How We Use Information

• Deliver the training programs, emails, and products you asked for
• Send the weekly Field Report and occasional updates (every email has an unsubscribe link)
• Answer your questions and support purchases
• Understand which articles, drills, and tools help readers, and improve them
• Keep the Site secure and comply with the law

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your email address with sponsors, brands, or advertisers.

Who Else Handles Your Information

We use a small number of service providers. Each has its own privacy policy.

• Framer: website hosting and page analytics
• Google: Google Analytics 4, and Google Fonts (your browser downloads our fonts from Google, which sees your IP address)
• MailerLite: email sign-ups and newsletter delivery
• Gumroad: payments, order records, and license keys
• Affiliate programs: Amazon Associates and the AvantLink affiliate network (AvantLink runs a small script on the Site to confirm we own it). When you click an affiliate link and land on a retailer's site, that retailer or network may set its own cookies to credit the sale. We receive reports of sales and commissions, not your name, address, or payment details.

We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect the rights or safety of our readers or the Site, or as part of a sale or transfer of the business.

Links to outside sites (gear makers, YouTube, Spotify, Army publications, and others) take you to sites with their own privacy practices. We don't control those sites.

Affiliate Links

Some pages contain affiliate links. If you buy through one, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. See our Affiliate Disclosure for the details.

How Long We Keep Information

We keep your email address while you're subscribed and delete it from active lists when you unsubscribe. Purchase records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Feedback is kept as long as it is useful for improving the program, or until you ask us to delete it.

Your Choices and Rights

• Unsubscribe from any email with one click using the link at the bottom.
• Access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing contact@warfighterforged.com. We'll respond within 30 days.
• Turn off analytics cookies in your browser settings.
• Clear tool data stored on your device by clearing site data in your browser.

Depending on where you live (for example, California or the European Union), you may have additional rights under local law. We honor those requests the same way. We won't treat you differently for using them.

Children

The Site is written for service members, recruits, and cadets. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

Security

We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of sending or storing data online is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

Not an Official Military Site

WarfighterForged is an independent, privately owned website. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official publication of the U.S. Department of Defense, the U.S. Army, or the Army National Guard.

Changes to This Policy

If our practices change, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
